Redemption Steps

We have received your redemption and will take 4-10 weeks to process. We will email if further information is needed.
2Reviewing
We will send all referrals for checking. Only genuine referrals are counted and fake referrals may be rejected
3Completed
If all referrals are genuine, we will send you vouchers via post to the address provided. Thanks for sharing!

FAQs
- Why is does it take 6-10 weeks to get my vouchers?
All referrals will be checked individually. Only real accounts will be counted.
We are currently checking a few hundred thousand referrals and will process your vouchers in due time.
- How much would I get rewarded? Berapakah saya akan terima?
If you enter a welcome code, you will be entilted to RM25 ONE TIME (1) Reward credited to your balance.
Jika anda gunakan "welcome code", akaun anda akan dikredit dengan RM25 untuk SATU KALI (1) sahaja.
If a NEW Facebook user downloads MallDash and enters your unique code, you will get rewards added to your balance. Rewards are as below:

RM5.00 for First (1) referral RM5.00 untuk rujukkan Pertama (1)

- How can I share the code?
Share the code by copying from the box or share on social media. After a friend downloads MallDash, go to the rewards section and under Welcome Reward, they can enter your code.
- Two of us sent a code to friend. Who gets rewarded?
The first code that your friend enters shall be counted.
- My friends are overseas and downloaded MallDash
This campaign is open to users in Malaysia only. Downloads from overseas will not count into your reward balance.
- Can I collect reward credits after the campaign?
Reward credits can only be collected during the stated campaign period. Any downloads before of after the campaign period will not be recognized. Campaign period is from 1 June 2018 to 31 Aug 2018.
Your balance will still remain and we will open up more campaigns after this so stay tuned!
- I have not collected the minimum cashout yet. What will happen to my balance?
Your balance will be saved as is. You can collect more rewards through other campaigns at a later time.
- How will rewards be redeemed?
You will be asked to provide contact details upon redemption and our staff will reach out to you.
- What happens to my balance if I delete the app?
If the app is deleted, and the user does not reinstall within 90 days, the reward balance will be forfeit.
- I created a few Facebook accounts and refer my own accounts
As part of our terms and conditions, every account will be checked by Facebook and any fake accounts will cause the referral reward to be forfeit.
Please play fair as other people have referred real people and its not fair to cheat. TQ
- I can't open the app or I see a white screen
Please make sure you update your Mobile OS to the latest version. We are also not able to support several older phones and certain brand of phones. Sorry about that.
- My refer rewards says pending.
We will approve any pending referrals within 2-4 hours during business hours (we need to sleep too) as part of our process. After the campaign period, all new referrals will be pending until we open up our next campaign
- Can I still refer after the campaign period? How about redemption?
Referrals end on the campaign period end date. New users will not be able to key in a welcome code until the next campaign
If you have a balance in your account, you can still redeem vouchers after the campaign end date.
- My referral code is blank or cant be used!
If your FB name contains special characters like dots, please contact us and we will update it for you.
- How can I redeem my rewards? My redemption says pending.
We will arrange delivery of your rewards to you based on the information you provide in the redemption section.
We will take around 4-8 weeks to process your redemption.
We will send an email to your FB registered email for next steps.
Any Fake accounts referred will cause redemptions to be disqualified.
- How do we get our vouchers?
We purchase vouchers and receive sponsorship from from brands as well as partners and pass it down to our users who share the app.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Campaign is open to users in Malaysia only
- By joining this campaign, you hereby irrevocably agree to all terms and conditions of the campaign
- Rewards not exchangeable for cash
- Campaign period is from 1 June 2018 to 31 Aug 2018
- Reward collection will stop after 31 Aug 2018 11.59pm Malaysian time
- Maximum redemption is RM500 per person
- Balances are not transferable
- Play fair. Any attempt of unfair play will result in suspension of the user's reward balance. The organizer reserves the right to reverse any rewards which are not in line with the terms and conditions, whether due to the system or due to the participant.
- Prior to redemption, all referred accounts are subjected to review to ensure that they are genuine accounts. Any suspected fake accounts would be disqualified. Please also do not refer your own accounts, which can lead to disqualification
- If the app is deleted and you do not login with 90 days, all reward balance will be forfeit
- Users shall ensure that redemption information provided is accurate
- All redemptions shall be sent via registered mail to the provided address and to the named individual. The individual collecting shall furnish his or her IC as per the redemption form
- The organizer shall not be liable if the address provided is not accurate
- The organizer shall only allow collection of items by a bearer of the valid IC
- The organizer shall ensure reasonable validity of items but if the items expire, items redeemed are not exchangeable for cash or for new items
- Redemptions may take 4-8 weeks to process. Due to overwhelming demand, redemptions after 24th Aug 2018 will take 6-10 weeks to process.
- Participation is free and the organizer shall not be held accountable for any losses incurred
- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice
- Promotion is on a first come first serve basis and is limited to stock availability
- The organizer's decisions are final
